Real Cajun Taste, Raised wit' Love

'Bout Da Farm

Red Beard’s Farm ain’t no big operation—non, cher, it’s family-run an’ full o’ heart. We tucked away in Jacksonville, FL, but our roots run deep down in dat Louisiana bayou way o’ life. We raise pond-fed fish da way Pawpaw done taught us—slow an’ steady, no shortcuts, just good eats an’ good people. From garden-fresh okra to Mawmaw’s Nieman Marcus Cake, you gon’ taste da love in every bite. It’s all seasoned wit’ tradition, passed down like Sunday supper—an’ run by a USAF vet who still stands tall for his country an’ cooks wit’ pride in every pot.

What We Got

Garden Pickin’s Okra, squash, sweet corn, an’ a whole mess more—grown up right wit’ sunshine, sweat, an’ Southern soul.
Cottage Foods Nieman Marcus cake made da Cajun way—laced wit’ Bourbon, toasted pecans, an’ dat homemade sweetness dat make ya wanna slap da table.
All-You-Can-Catch Fish Come wet a line in da back pond—$15 for 3 hours, or spend da day for $35 (8 hours). We got bait for sale too. Right now it’s mostly bream swimmin’ ‘round, but don’t worry, cher—catfish an’ bass comin’ soon, sure as Sunday gumbo.
